Each visitor ordering and purchasing online from our shop Stiklo paslaptos” is required to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1.These terms and conditions are created in order to provide the Customer (You) and the online Vender “Stiklo paslaptis” ‘rights, determined duties and responsibilities for both sides.

2.The purchase agreement between the Customer and the Vender is binding at the moment the buyer clicks the “Buy” button after creating an online store shopping cart, entering their delivery address and selecting the payment method. The agreement applies until both sides of the responsibilities have been undertaken and completed.

3.“Stiklo paslaptis” is excluded from any responsibility in case of the Customer’s ignorance to terms, conditions and recomendations provided.

4.The order is submitted at the moment the Customer presses the button “Pay”, committing to buy all products in their shopping cart.

5.The order is confirmed, when payment reaches the current account of  “Stiklo paslaptis”. The confirmation e-mail is sent in order to provide the       following details.

6.The order is being cancelled if it is not payed for within two work days.

7.The Customers choose the way of delivery.

8.If  You choose the goods to be delivered to galleries of “Stiklo paslaptis” in Vilnius- Didzioji str. 38, Domininkonu str. 14, or in Kaunas- Medeksines str. 26, we will confirm the delivery via SMS.

9.If You choose the goods to be delivered by DPD courier, the time of delivery will be coordinated with You in advance over the phone.

10.* Important! The parcel is considered to be delivered only when the Customer or his representative receive the batch and confirm it with a signature. The Customer must check all the packages of the parcel in front of the courier. If the packages are damaged in any way, the Customer must indicate the damages both in the delivery confirmation form and Package breach act.

In other ways the item insurance becomes inofficious, therefore the Vender loses all the responsibility for quality of the item.

11.The return of the items is processed in accordance with the 2001 17 August Order of Minister of Economy No. 217 “For the enactment of rules of return and exchange of the items “.

12.The Customer has the right to return all items to “Stiklo paslaptis” within 7 working days from the date of delivery by informing the Vender in writing, in accordance with the 2001 17 August Order of Minister of Economy  No. 258 “For the sale and services when contracts are awarded using means of comunication rules to means of comunication”

13.In order to process the returns, the items must meet the following requirements:

-The item mustn’t be damaged in any way.

- The Vender is not responsible for the differences in color, shape or other parameters that occur between the online image and the real item due to the Customer’s  computer screen specialties.

- If the Customer rejects the purchase contract, the Vender pays for the item return within 15 days, counting from the written notice about breaking the purchase contract. If the Customer is not satisfied with the shape, color, size or model of the item (there are exceptions in the legal acts of Lithuanian Republic), one has a right to change or return the items within 15 days from the day of delivery. In this case the Customer covers all the expenses.

- In order to process your returns, please ensure that the items are packed securely in their original packaging.

- The items are not accepted if they have been used/ damaged/ or became  lost the presentable looks.

14.All the items in transit are insured.

15.The Vender keeps the right to change the Instructions at all times. The rules, applied to the Customer will be the ones active at the moment of         purchase.

16.Each agreement concluded between the Customer and Vender is protected, JSC ”Stiklo paslaptis”.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE VENDER

1.To enable the condition and due use of the on-line shop’s electroni  shopping services.

2.To organize the delivery of products ordered by the Customer at the supplied address.

3.To pack the items safely.

4.If  the Vender is at anytime unable to supply the ordered products to the Customer arising from unforeseen circumstances, The Vender will endevour to substitute it with a similar product. If, under these circumstances the Customer is unsatisfied with the product substitute they may terminate the transaction and receive a full refund within 5 business days.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Dispatch will be confirmed only after payment is received within two days.

2. Any change of personal information from the data provided in the shopping form must update immediately.

3.The delivery must be checked in the presence of the courier.

4.The Customer must follow the other provided regulations and act according to the laws of Republic of Lithuania.

ONLINE SHOP “STIKLO PASLAPTIS” RIGHTS

1.If the Customer is trying to deliberately undermine the work of the online shop or its operation the Vender may limit or terminate access to the electronic store without prior notice.

2.The Vender ”Stiklo paslaptis” has the all right temporarily or indefinitely postpone the online shopping proceeding without prior notice.

3.Online Shop has all the liberties and statutory rights of the Republic of Lithuania.

CUSTOMERS’ RIGHTS

1.The Customer has the right to claim the exchange or return of the item if it differs from the ordered one.

2.The Customer has the right to return all items to “Stiklo paslaptis” within 7 working days from the date of delivery by informing the Vender in writing, in accordance with the 2001 17 August Order of Minister of Economy  No. 258 “For the sale and services when contracts are awarded using means of comunication rules to means of comunication”

ELECTRONIC GIFT CARD

1. Gift card expiration date is not changed (3 months from date of purchase).

2. Gift card is not returned and does not change in the money

3. Cash for unused gift card is not returned

4. If the glassware price is higher, you can pay the difference in our galleries

5. Using the gift card, the change of glassware is not returned, if the glass article price is below the amount specified in the gift card

6. After the payment and indication the e-mail address, gift card will be immediately sent to you

We would like to remind You, that glass is a very specific product, therefore You should carefully and instantly check Your delivered items.
